The Package

When you've decided that Pembroke House is the right place for you, it couldn't be simpler! All you have to pay is a single monthly Licence Agreement Fee and you get all this!

  • Accommodation
    This includes Rent; Business Rates; Service Charge; Property Management; Fixtures and Fittings - Blinds; Carpets; Power (subject to reasonable use) and Telephone Sockets linked to the Switchboard. A confidential Incoming Mail Distribution service is included.
  • Building Maintenance
    This includes:- Office Cleaning; Gardening; Kitchen Facilities; Shower; Window Cleaning; Landscaping; amenities and all other utilities
  • Building Services
    This includes:- Water and Heating; and Car Parking is FREE with room for approximately 55 cars in total.

The Agreement

If you decide to move into Pembroke House you will be required to sign a Licence Agreement for a minimum 6 month period, determinable upon 60 days written notice thereafter. The initial costs required to be paid upon signing of the licence are a deposit, (equivalent to 2 months rental) and the the first months rent (or proportion thereof). All future rent payments are to be made on the first day of each month. The deposit paid is returnable (subject to any deduction) upon the termination of the licence.
